What Is School-Based ABA Therapy?
School-based ABA therapy brings expert support directly into your child's classroom. Instead of pulling them out for sessions somewhere else, our trained therapists work with your child during the school day, helping them succeed where it’s most important.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and therapists collaborate with your child's teachers and school staff to provide consistent, personalized support throughout the day.

Initial Consultation
Reach out to our team. We'll discuss your child's needs, what's happening at school, and whether school-based therapy is the right fit for your family.

We handle all the paperwork and work directly with your insurance company to get approval. Most plans, including Medicaid, cover school-based ABA therapy.

School Observation & Assessment
Our BCBA observes your child in their classroom to understand what's already working, what's challenging, and where we can help most.

Won't this make my child stand out as different?
Actually, no. Because we work inside the classroom instead of pulling them out, kids feel more included. Our support helps them participate in regular activities like everyone else.
How does this work with their IEP?
We coordinate with the IEP team and other providers. We're not replacing services—we're making everything work together better.
What if the teacher doesn't want you there?
Most teachers are relieved to have support that actually makes their job easier. We're not there to judge or take over—we're there to help everyone succeed.
How long will my child need this?
Our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. As your child builds skills and confidence, they need less direct support. Most kids show major progress within a school year.
Can you work in regular classrooms?
Absolutely. Many of our kids are in general ed and just need extra support to keep up with their peers.
Do you help during lunch and recess too?
Yes. Those unstructured times are often the hardest—that's where social struggles show up the most. We're there for whatever part of the day your child needs us.
